PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Krakatau Pipe Industries can produce Concrete Weight Coating with Compression Coat’s Methods that result in a coating that has superior qualities and characteristics.

The Compression Coat’s process produces products with more consistent and uniform coating thickness, consistent reinforcement placement and overlap, reinforcement under greater tension, perfect moisture barrier, no damage to corrosion coating, and compressive strengths that meet the most rigid of requirements. To assure and maintain the quality of the product, Krakatau Pipe Industries routinely perform quality control checks such as weighting of coating pipe, measurement to reinforcement placement and overlap, measurements of circumference and thickness of concrete, and lab determination of concrete compressive strength and density.

The total thickness and combination of various layers used will be done in accordance to user’s specification.
