In accordance with the Corporate Governance that has been implemented at PT KHI Pipe Industries, all Officials and Employees of PT KHI Pipe Industries are required to observe the principles of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) as follows:
- The Board of Commissioners, Directors and all employees of PT KHI Pipe Industries are prohibited from accepting and may not refuse any prohibited gratuities from parties who have direct or indirect interests in the company.
- For gratuities that have been carried out because the process of giving them is not known, must be reported and submitted to the Gratification Control Unit (Corporate Secretary) no later than five working days from the receipt of the gratuity.
- By reporting and submitting the gratuity referred to in point 2 to the Gratification Control Unit, the Recipient is free from the provisions concerning gratuities.
- Every decision made by the Officials and Employees of PT KHI Pipe Industries will be subject to sanctions based on the rules and regulations applicable in the Company.
Thus this Circular to be observed and implemented by all Officials and Employees of PT KHI Pipe Industries.
