Port of Benoa is currently developing the BMTH (Bali Maritime Tourism Hub) concept, which is a concept that harmonizes port development with the authentic life of Balinese people who are attached to culture and tradition. Krakatau Pipe proudly to participate in the Benoa Port Development Project, with the support of PT Krakatau Steel (Persero) Tbk as many as 2,000 tons of pile pipes have been supplied for the project. The pipe, which all raw materials come from the production of PT Krakatau Steel (Persero) Tbk, will be used for construction of the liquid bulk jetty as well as for the revetment and retaining wall dumping Benoa Harbor – 2nd .
The development of Benoa Port, which is scheduled to be completed in 2023, will later be able to become a berth for international cruise ships with a length of up to 350 meters. In addition, the capacity of the sea passenger terminal will increase to 3,000 people.
